Solve : Windows won´t boot? |

Answer» HELLO! I got a acer aspire (I think m5201) that won´t boot. The Windows loading bar come up but then the Windows icon should come up I got a black screen with the mouse but nothing ELSE... I´ve tried startup repair, last working config and repair with bootrec.exe. Safe mode dosen´t work either. If I try to do a system restore it can´t find a restorepoint. I didn´t get a windows cd so it´s in the HDD. If I do a windows startup repair it just reboot and the same thing happen again. If I try to START Windows normal the computer just reboot and get the same problem. What was the last thing that you did on the computer before the problem? CarlosI used it as I do every day. I didn´t install something new and I didn´t update something. SORRY I'm asking it's just a bit unclear what your SAYING. If my assumption is correct, try pressing CTRL+alt+esc. Task manager should open. click on new task and type explorer.exe. if the desktop doesn't open instead an explorer window opens, you might want to run a virus scan. CarlosCTRL+alt+esc dosn´t work either. the problem is that I get the black screen before the windows login screen so I can´t log in to windows |
