Answer» Hiya, Me and my boyfriend got a HP PC LAST week from a friend of ours. It runs on XP i THINK although it has a vista screensaver!!! On Sunday night my partner decided to turn the computer off without shutting it down properly, when we tried to log on yesterday it won't work, i've tried everything - it comes up with a black screen with start safe mode etc but none of these work, i've tried to find something on the set-up as well but nothing seems to be working! Any help you could offer would be much appreciated!What exactly happened?
