Solve : Windows won't start, please help!? |

Answer» Last night I turned on my laptop and it loaded fine, apart from the internet. I restarted the computer (which usually fixes this problem) However I found a screen that said 'windows did not shut down properly and there may be damage.' It then GAVE me a list of options including start normally or start in safe mode. Which ever I click it then takes me to the black windows xp load screen and then RESTARTS the computer and presents me with the same screen. I've tried pressing f8 and trying to boot in safe mode & all the others. Any help would be appreciated as I desperatly need my laptop for Uni work! Thanks Out of all the options that the screen gives you there should be an option to START WINDWOS IN LAST KNOW GOOD CONFIG?does the laptop detect your hdd in bios? |
