Answer» whenever I shut down my PC I get a message that SAYS "END Program-Device IO notification window". Whatever is not shutting down will not close no matter what I do. On occasion I have had to TURN off the main power to clear the PC. Any ideas on a fix?DLoad and RUN the FREE diagnostics on that HARD drive from the HDD manuf. site... Run the long test and go to bed as it takes awhile. This will tell you if the drive is failing.
