Solve : windows xp 720 dial up error code? |

Answer» I use the windows xp operating system on a dell DESKTOP computer, and have been unable to get online using dial up, because of this error code. I have been ABLE to research this error code, and have found solutions for vista, but nothing for xp. I understand this issue has to do with the modem becoming unbound (or something?), and I need to uninstall, and REINSTALL the modem or registry keys?? I tried to use the vista solution, but as I am not a techincal person, became lost, and STOPPED before I was able to compound the problem, so have not found a solution for this error code.
