Plz help me , i installed tune up utilities ,i changed my LOGON screen through tune up and then rebooted my pc now when i start xp a blank screen appears plz guide me ,what to do now. Try tapping F8 as the system boots and choose "last known good configuration" - let's see if that works. thanks for reply but i had already tried that, actually i pressed f8 repeatedly and got about 6-7 options

4start windows normally

It has to be the same version (Home / Pro - & service pack) that you currently have installed).would it SOLVE my problem , as both licence keys differDoesn't matter - you're not doing a new install - just a repair install.
