Answer» one night i was chattin with my friend and she was sendin me webcam which uses alot of CPU. however at first everything was fine and she was sendin me her webcam and the CPU was fine. then suddenly it jumped to 100% usage out of NOWHEREEE and my computer froze. so i shut it down and went to SLEEP. when i woke up in the mornin, i tried turnin my computer back on and it didnt work in normal mode. it keeps freezin at the bootin screen, where it shows the windows icon and the loadin bar. it seems normal for a few seconds then it just freezes. it works in safe mode tho. i dont know WHATS wrong tho. i didnt install anything NEW. it was just a CPU overload which has HAPPENED before, even tho it started happenin more and more lately. then it just crashed and it wont work outside safe mode. it is a windows XP. 1.99 RAM 2.8 Ghz CPU please help thanx.I suggest performing a SYSTEM Restore in Safe Mode. Restore to about 2 days before the problem.
