Solve : Windows XP How to Remove the Content Advisor Password?

I need some help getting RID of the content advisor. My dad put it on so my sister COULD not get on her COMPUTER now i have the computer and he dosn't remember the password and i found this site http://www.pchell.com/support/contentadvisor.shtml
and tried it but when i try NUMBER 6 a little box comes up and says Error Deleting Values-Unable to delete all specified values. So i need to KNOW if there is some way i delete it another way or what can i do to get it to delete it this way?
