Answer» my computer hangs on at "preparing installation" screen and when i try to cancel, my computer starts REBOOTING and then back to the same screen. i can't go to my desktop nor can i access the internet because of this problem. please heop If your installation stalls, you were never able to access your Desktop or Internet.. |
