Answer» When I go to load my laptop, the Windows XP splash which loads takes around 3-5 mins to load. Can anyone give me any help? Additonal info: I recently INSTALLED Microsoft OFFICE Enterprise 2007 on my computer and thought this couldve been the PROBLEM. I then uninstalled this but the problem continues.Boot into safe mode / go to SYSTEM tools / choose system restore & choose a POINT in time prior to the problem & restore.
