Answer» that is the ERROR message and only two OPTIONS f1 to CONTINUE, which does nothing and f2 to run setup utility, that does nothing. Cannot get my computer in safe mode - says keyboard does not work HELPI'm sure that's not what the message says. I'm sure it says "primary DRIVE 0" not "primary DRIVER 0". That means it can't find your hard drive. Either the drive is COMPLETELY dead or a cable to the HD is bad or loose. Open the case and check the connections to and from the hd. |
