thanx PATIO, I found this site before, forgot to bookmark it and never found it again....You're Welcome...It doesnt seem to work, i ran the file, did a restart, but nothing happened.Try #45 Right hand side...STILL nothing, im still GETTING the windows xp pro login screen.Once you have updated to SP2 i believe the logon screen defaults to the Pro screen...why do you miss the other screen so much ? ?I'm not sure what screen exactly you have/want if your using the one you have to type username/password and you want the other screen that shows all the users you need to set it for "fast SWITCHING between users" because this is only allowd with the screen that shows all users... I have xp pro sp2 and I get the same old fancy xp screen, but mine is streemed... go to CONTROL panel/ users/ change the way users log on/off and enable/disable "fast switching between users"
