Answer» Hi, I have an annoying situation on booting up.I use Windows XP pro,and ie8,on a 250 Gb hard drive. On booting up and after the normal system checking procedure,I get a black,blank screen for APPROX .2 mins before Windows logo kicks in Why this delay.I suspect that perhaps 2 no.programs are CLASHING,but how can I find Which to DELETE. Any Advice Please.
