Answer» I was given this system and when it boots up it goes into a black screen that has a message about multi disk and then goes into the BLUE screen of death. it has a problem has been detected and windows has been SHUT down to prevent damages. unmountable_boot_volume error message 0xqqqqed (qx8177f0c0,xcqqq32.I tried starting in the safe mode It tries to boot goes to the black screen then goes to blue screen of death.I do not have the recover disk or the the installation disk for xp professional .I do have windows xp home edition.UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME error often means BAD HARD drive.
