Solve : Windows XP Startup?

I have Windows XP and AOL.  Every time I boot, AOL STARTS too.  How can I avoid this from happening?  Thanks. Start-->Programs--->STARTUP
Remove AOL shortcut.

If no success, CALL AOL.Start - RUN -> MSCONFIG -> Startup tab.
