1.	Solve : windows XP stay at "windows is starting uo..." long time?
Answer» i got this problem. windows XP STAY at "windows is starting UO..." long time and i need to let my system stay about 5mins, when the screen saver comes out, then i hit enter to logon. i go into safemode to remove the password, but it doesn;t solve the problem. before this problem, windows always prompt me"the USER account is not available" after i run DTM test. but i delete all the DTM related account. I cant really understand the problem here ? what PROTECTIONS do you have?? try chkdsk /f
