Windows XP Pro, installation in English but the "welcome" PAGE is in in Spanish; same problem with page 2 or logon page, after those pages everything is in English; How do I put the first pages into English? Under the 'Regional Options' tab, make sure "Standards and formats" is SET to English (United States) and that "Location" is set to United States.
