Solve : Windows XP without HDD!!?

Hello, I've been read in a lot of topics that exist the way to install Windows XP without HDD, booting from a Server that contains the OS using the NIC card and the LAN network!!!

If anyone know how to make this with Windows XP, please notify it me!!!
