Answer» ok im planning on completely wiping my computer soon because of all the unwanted spyware and other crap after just about a year. i want to completely reset EVERYTHING to just LIKE it was when i bought it, before i had installed windows xp, the graphics card, the sound driver etc... so how do i completely wipe everything? i was planning on USING command prompt but i dont know the command, can sum 1 tell me? Boot the computer to the cdrom with the XP disk in it. XP can do it all for you.Prior to this make sure you DLoad the latest drivers for your system and back up all the data you want saved. patio. phew THANKS a LOT. i thought it was way more complicated Don't forget a firewall, antivirus & antispyware.
