Answer» I have window 7 and it won't load in normal mode. I can get into safe mode but nothing i do will bring back normal mode. I know the computer has a virus and i have been battling that but now i'm stuck. Help please. I can give anything ELSE you need to know. in safe mode with networking google housecall and run it its trend MICRO online scan when it GETS done press the windows key and R and enter chkdsk /r /f and press y for yes if ask to do on restart then restart and let it run see if that works let me knowIgnore the above post and go to the malware forum on this site.
