Solve : won't open attachments? |

Answer» My computer will not open attachments. When I click to open an attachment out of my EMAIL (yahoo mail) or any downloads from the internet it goes through the motions ASKING me if I would like to open or save the file. When I click either one it looks as if it is GOING to open/save but then does nothing. I have checked the internet options on my computer and it is enabled to download files. Any suggestions?What operating system are you RUNNING? Do you have a firewall installed? If there is a firewall, it could be that your firewall is blocking the actual download of documents. If it turns out to be your firewall is the culprit, you may have to change your settings or add certain sites as "OKAY" so your firewall allows these documents to come thru. |
