I have uninstalled Works Suite 2003 as I was having TROUBLE with my word print out which just threw a BLANK page out everytime.  I went onto the SPREAD SHEET and the same thing happened with regard to the printer.  A friend advised me to uninstall works suite 2003 - which I did. I also turned off pc and then turned it on to re-install it. Turned the pc of when it had finished installing programmes and then re-started it.

The problem had NOT disappeared and I am now wondering if anyone can help me because this is the first time this has happened.  Does this just happen in works? Or can you print in wordpad or notepad?

I can work with the printer on the web so the only place I cannot print is works.
Sorry I am not a computer LITERATE person and I do not use the other pages you suggested.To try Wordpad.

Start > all programs > accessories > wordpad

Type a little text and see if you can print it.Thanks for the reply

I did as you suggested but I had notepad but no wordpad.  Is it the same thing?I have with a friend found the wordpad and it did NOT print off my message
