Answer» I had a mass of viruses today so i tried to get rid of them and deleted to much. I have windows 98 on my computer that i bought the other day so I don't have the original cd or boot disk or anything. I want to format my hard drive, and put windows xp PRO on it. I need a step by step guide of this, and i'd be ecstatic if SOMEONE would link me to one or write one up.Well, you can use the RESTORE disk... works like a charm. "I don't have the original cd or boot disk or anything." Looks like he has no Restore disk.You will first need to purchase XP (I prefer W2K) |
