The htlm I am speaking of that I paste is the one directly above ; en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_browser
Jp
Jp......... So you are saying that if you click on this link, that nothing happens ? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_browser
What operating system are you using ?
dl65 I'm truly hoping this is the right information, I'm using WXP Home edition.
Yes nothing happens when I click the link, . . I must paste the HTLM ? into the
browser window? . . .then click go to get to the site.
JpDo you use AOL? Most of my Emails that have a hyperlink also contain this messege "If you use AOL or cannot click the links above, just copy and paste them into your browser."
If you are not using AOL look in the upper part of your IE browser if that is what you are using and click "tools" Internet options choose the "advanced" tab Now click on the "restore DEFAULTS" button
Now do the same for each zone under the "security" tab
Now reboot if promted to and check to see if you can now click on links.
stones, thanks, Yes, I am using AOL, . . so what your saying is there is no solution , except to go on pasteing ?
or do the LATER ?
JpIts seems that you may need to switch to a different internet browser if you want the convenience of just clicking links.Thank you much stones,
You are a kind, considerate, gentlemen !
JpAww you made me blush IE defaults...
