Solve : XML Editor opens as Notebook and csrss.exe?

1.	Solve : XML Editor opens as Notebook and csrss.exe?
Answer» I have tried Windows DOCTOR and reassociating .XML with other programs. Nothing has worked. I need to be able to view XML files and can no longer do so. Does csrss.exe have something to do with this? There is no user name in the Processes tab of Windows TASK MANAGER. What is this exactly and is it fixable?
