Answer» I have installed XP but will not activate it as I want to know what happens after the 30-day grace period which expires in 9 days. I just want to experience what happens if the OS is not activated.....LOL ..... then you only have 7 days to go ........ dl65 GOD *censored* PEOPLE.. BASICALLY IF YOU DON'T ACTIVATE YOUR WINDOWS IN THE LEFT OVER PERIOD OF TIME, THE WINDOWS WILLLLLLLL NNNNNNOOOOOOTTTTT WORK SO I SUGGEST U ACTIVATE IT..LOL ...A simple search with google would have TOLD you ...... Seems to me that you should be getting reminders now re activation . dl65 Be sure and keep us posted.All that happens is it locks your computer yes.. DUhh... until you activate it... you do not have to clean install, your computer doesnt blow up, and you cant do anything other than activate or shutdown.... Ohh but it is exciting.... if you want to see it sooner just move the date on your computer and RESTART.... Also if you put the date back I think it prolongs activation....ok cool... still waiting for hedonist to report back with the activation story....I can hardly wait. Quote ok cool... Well it will be at least 7 days...I'll keep the light on for a bit........he could end all the SUSPENCE if he just moved the date forward... I've done it.... Or maybe thats why he hasn't posted back???3 more hours off of the countdown ! ! ;DThis is the Official "FatBasterd's Post of the Week" I think he's up for the duration...his posts are becoming lucid. |
