FALIURE description:
When pressing Start-ShutDown Button and try to shutdown - nothing happens and windows XP doesn't shutdown it hangs there only and fail to shutdown, i had to preess the power ON switch to FORCE shutdown and power OFF .Need...more...info...gasp
Operating system / antivirus & antispyware protection / service packs installed / when did it start happening / did it EVER work right / installed any new software?
Alan <>< Tell us all changes made to your system. Hardware and software. Has this happened before? Is this a constant problem? Or is it more intermittent?
