Answer» Hi, I have a windows XP PC that I am donating to a poor family. The PROBLEM is that there is no background image on the MAIN screen. I have seached and found the wallpaper folder, and this containd all of the background images, can someone please help me to re-install this.. I have looked at the registry and notice the wallpaper value has some strange code, and the value is "0"....?? Thank you... Hi Roy! How's Mama Shelley? Any replies you get will appear here below your question. Have you tried right clicking one of the images and choosing "set as desktop background"? Or right clicking the desktop and using the properties and settings dialog to browse for an image to use?
