Answer» i have a Dell Latitude D505 laptop that starts and goes to the BOOT MENU page and thats it. doing all the options on the boot menu it just keeps GOING BACK to the menu. will not go all the way up. anyone know how i can fix this issue? please. thanks:suzzieW hat is new or different since the LAST time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?
