Answer» I have no idea what I've done. I run XP Pro SP-2. When I click "START" and then click on "HELP AND SUPPORT", the system LOADS "HELPCTR.EXE" and "HELPSVC.EXE". I see them load if I have the Windows Task Manager open. These two load, sit for a moment, and then GO away and nothing else happens.
