Solve : xp power issues?

Answer» I am wondering if my power supply has fried. I have tried changing power cords and am expereincing same problems. If I wiggle the cord I get intermitten power and fan. No boot. and I SMELL electical burn from the fan. Any SUGGESTIONS would be helpful.We think you KNOW what the problem is "And welcome to the Forum !!"Yeah its dead. If you couldnt wiggle it and it would power then it could be something else, but yeah grab a new one.
