Solve : XP Pro keeps rebooting during startup?

Windows XP Pro Sp2,
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ cpu 2.00 GHz, Not Over Clocked,
512 MB RAM,
256 MB Radeon 9600 VIDEO card.
Samsung 160 GB HD
IE 7
NTFS system

ok pc ran fine. then it crashed. now it is STUCK in an ETERNAL reboot cycle. when you hit the power button it goes through everything to the black screen with the windows logo and the blue TRACKING bar. it holds there with the blue bar running and then reboots. it will not boot in ANY mode. not normally, not last known good config. not safe mode. not safe mode with networking. not safe mode with Command Prompt. went MS website and tried this to no avial and I do not get a BSOD.

not sure where to go from here
don't care if I have to reformat, would prefer not to. just want what is in my documents folder. I set it up as a slave got alot of other things out, but it won't let me access my documents folder. any way to retrieve that data?Try This to get your My Documents data...Thx will try it when I get home
