I tried but it didn't work Boot into Safe Mode (tap the F8 key when you boot) \ go into DEVICE Manager (it's in Control Panel) / click on the + next to Sound & uninstall all the drivers / reboot. Windows should reinstall the drivers. Make sure you have your Windows CD handy, as well as the cd for the sound card (be it built on the motherboard or in a PCI slot) just in CASE Alan <>< What were you doing prior to this happening? |
