Answer» whenever i TURN my computer on it brings up a page that gives me the safe mode... OPTIONS then i choose one(ive tried all options) and a blue screen flashes by and restarts the computer how can i fix this really i need helpThis is a forum not a chat room. When someone can help I assure you he will. Bumping your posts will not speed the process. What happens if you choose safemode with networking and hit Enter ? ? it does the same thing the screen flashes blue and the comp restartsChoose "Disable Automatic Restarts on System Failure". Now, the blue screen should stay on the screen. Post back with the error message, including all of the nonsense numbers and letters. Repair your system using recovery cd/dvdcould you manage to take note of the BSOD error? I agree you use the recovery console using a bootable copy of your OS.1. Disable Automatic Restart. From the Windows Advanced Options menu, use the up/down arrow keys to select the "Disable automatic restart on system failure" and hit Enter. Hopefully the machine will stop on a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD).
Record and post back with the "exact" error message text and/or numbers plus any OFFENDING software module it might name. A google search on these text strings or substrings sometimes provides problem resolution.
2. Windows Advanced Options Menu. Use the F8 function key during system startup to access the Windows Advanced Options menu. TAP the F8 key once or twice per second as you startup the computer (or immediately after POST completes and screen flashes black prior to DISPLAYING Windows XP logo with its processing bar display).Funny how certain problems & solutions appear in bunches, isn't it?
