Solve : Some Programs Are Blocked?

Each <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/category-239237" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about CATEGORY">CATEGORY</a> lists several items with a status of permitted, not yet classified or disabled. The only disabled item is <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/picture-600284" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about PICTURE">PICTURE</a> Project Monitor. It seems to be impossible to chane anything since any changes are "grayed out".<br/>I am totally confused on how and what to do to get rid of the Blocked Program.<br/> You have two options:<br/>1.
