Solve : this file does not have a program associated with it? |
Answer» <html><body><p>When I download a program I save it so I can scan with an antivirus before I install it. I then get the options of Open folder, Run, and View Downloads. When I choose Open folder, I get this <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/message-25597" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about MESSAGE">MESSAGE</a>: this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program, or if one is already installed, create an <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/association-246845" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about ASSOCIATION">ASSOCIATION</a> in the <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/default-244456" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about DEFAULT">DEFAULT</a> Programs control panel.<br/><br/>If I choose Run or View Downloads, it opens okay. Any ideas as to what causes this? Thanks. Anna RuthIt might be the program was installed in you computer. Anna RuthPlease tell us what DLoad this is ...You should be able to let your computer search on-line for a program that will run that file. Then, you will know what <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/type-238192" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about TYPE">TYPE</a> of file it is. When you click on the file you should get a pop-up asking what program you want to run the file. You can then ask for a search on-line.All right. Thank you Super Dave. <br/>Anna Ruth</body></html> | |
