Answer»

Right ANSWER is (a) Alpha-helix

To explain I WOULD say: TRANSMEMBRANE proteins extend on both sides of the membrane and are present mostly as alpha helices and clusters of helices CALLED the Helical bundle. Some proteins are also present as beta barrel. They are made up of beta sheets that ROLLS up into a tube like shape.
