Solve : USB Ports on my Laptop?

The comp. keeps telling me it does not have the driver. I <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/try-1428546" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about TRY">TRY</a> to install the driver like the comp. saids and it has the nerve to tell me that it couldn't install it. I want to <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/know-534065" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about KNOW">KNOW</a> how to try to fix it. I have uninstalled the ports and reinstalled them but it has not worked. I am out of Ideas. PLEASE HELP ME ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
