Answer» <html><body><p>hi <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/guys-1014120" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about GUYS">GUYS</a>,<br/><br/>Windows XP Reboot Problem<br/>=========================<br/><br/>History:<br/>1. <br/>i use AVIRA ANTIVIRUS and one time it detected .EXE FILES and always ALERTS but its part of the SYSTEM.<br/>(i think there was a virus present)<br/><br/>2.<br/>NEW LOGIN using the XP PRO LOGIN DIALOG BOX<br/>DISPLAYS the BACKGROUND SCREEN ONLY, so i had to use TASKMANAGER to open EXPLORER.<br/><br/>3. <br/>i tried to IGNORE ALERTS and use SYSTEM RESTORE<br/><br/>4.<br/>SOLVED the Problem<br/><br/>5.<br/>NEXT, after 2 days, i tried to update MALWAREBYTES to 1.46<br/>- it scanned<br/>- detected -SYNCMAN (somewhere in c:\windows\system32\...\syncman) (1)<br/>- detected -disable update notify (3)<br/>- i removed them all 4 (i thought the disable update notify can be configured later on)<br/>- restarted<br/>- THE PROBLEM STARTED<br/><br/>6.<br/>NOW, only WIN XP PRO <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/logo-1077935" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about LOGO">LOGO</a> appears and then a flash of "this <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/application-25616" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about APPLICATION">APPLICATION</a> has failed to start because user32.dll was not found"<br/>(BLUE SCREEN in milisecond) then REBOOTS routinely<br/><br/>7.<br/>STEPS I TRIED<br/>i try to <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/access-846773" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about ACCESS">ACCESS</a> SAFE MODE but it only STOPS UNTIL "MUP.SYS"<br/>and ASKED to ENTER for "SPTD.SYS" (so i entered but NO Progress)<br/><br/>8.<br/>I tried to us Recovery Console File or an XP sample Installer using USB and CD. <br/>"NO <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/operating-1136761" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about OPERATING">OPERATING</a> SYSTEM"<br/><br/>9.<br/>so i might try to BUY NEW XP CD or borrow to TEST if it works (so that i can use Recovery Console)<br/><br/>10.<br/>will wait for other SOLUTIONS.<br/><br/>My SPECS<br/>========<br/>WIN XP PRO GENUINE SP3<br/>Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo Mobile<br/>120gb (c: 60gb, d: 60gb)<br/>RAM 1g<br/><br/>Please Help<br/>Thanks.<br/></p></body></html>
