Solve : Vista Media Player? |
Answer» <html><body><p>I've just bought a Dell desktop running Vista Home Premium.<br/>With my old computer (XP Home), I could log on to a website page, click on a video sample download shortcut which opened media player, which downloaded and played the video clip. I could then click on file, save media as, and save it to 'my <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/videos-25654" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about VIDEOS">VIDEOS</a>', then later burn it to a disc if I decided to keep it.<br/>My question is, how do I do this with the Vista media player? What web <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/site-244234" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SITE">SITE</a>, and what type of video file? One of the websites I've used is <a href="http://www.myvue.com">www.myvue.com</a> where I'd choose a film, click info, then film clip or trailer. As I said , I was ok with XP, but I'm finding Vista less straight forward, <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/like-537196" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about LIKE">LIKE</a> my scanner being in Photo Gallery instead of on the desktop for instance! In Firefox, I <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/clicked-7258191" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about CLICKED">CLICKED</a> on clip, and trailer in 5, or <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/6-237686" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about 6">6</a> movies, and it says "No video".<br/>In IE, it gives me "Open", or "Save" option.<br/>I'm with Vista, as well.</p></body></html> | |
