Solve : windos 8.1 repair loop into BIOS?

I am now in BIOS and need to know how to recover, BUT I have a cracked 8.1 and no <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/disk-244471" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about DISK">DISK</a> however I do have a usb cable and a friends laptop im using now...this acer 5420 came with vista or 7 and I did recently (prior to the 8.1 install)install a new hard drive. can I recover the os that came with my laptop when I baught it or can I recover the 8.1 with this cable? thank you and Im new to this computer stuffWe don't assist with cracked <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/software-25575" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SOFTWARE">SOFTWARE</a>...Sorry.<br/><br/>Topic Closed.</p></body></html>
