Solve : Windows 2000 - Accidental Reinstall?

The repair finished and my computer rebooted, and it came up with a message for Windows 2000 Setup, which I don't want to do, else I'll have all my files wiped. I rebooted my computer and took the CD out, but the setup thing still keeps coming up, though it fails because the CD isn't it. Any help to get back to my normal login and desktop?
