Answer» <html><body><p>While trying to repair windows 2000,(<a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/stopped-3078245" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about STOPPED">STOPPED</a> recognizing modem) it went into upgrade. Now is "<a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/hung-1731514" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about HUNG">HUNG</a>" in setup and I can't cancel. When I restart, goes back to set up. Tried in <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/safe-634049" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SAFE">SAFE</a> mode...goes back to setup. How in the world do I get out of it and just get back to the normal start menu?<br/>Thanks in advance.<br/>Andy Sounds like a damage driver problem......remove the modem......and re-install system..If it is asking you for your 25 digit license number, you have a serious trojan/virus <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/issue-246830" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about ISSUE">ISSUE</a>. I am not sure what you did, but a full format and reinstall will fix it. Do you have a legal copy of Windows 2000?</p></body></html> | |
