Solve : windows 8 pop-up ads?

It felt like a plague. Worst of all was the way ad highjacked the page at the very moment I was trying to <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/sign-236868" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about SIGN">SIGN</a> in to a Forum, including this <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/one-241053" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about ONE">ONE</a>. Now it has all virtually gone as a result of using AdW Cleaner which is free, and Malwarebytes which is paid for (well worth it). I also used Junk Removal Tool, recommended on this Forum.<br/><br/>Clayto2 We have never recommended Junk Removal Tool to my knowledge...JRT is recommended in the malware forum.Thanx for the heads up Dave...</p></body></html>
