Solve : Windows Vista "shell.css"?

Answer» <html><body><p>I have recently bought my <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/mother-770696" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about MOTHER">MOTHER</a> a dell laptop running widows vista. It is encountering the <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/following-463335" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about FOLLOWING">FOLLOWING</a> error <br/><br/>"failed on loading skin name:minibcont". The file "shell.css" is required in your "sscommon/skins/minibcont/css/" directory. To fix this problem please check the skin name in your config file, or reinstall the application.<br/><br/>The fault appeared to go <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/away-386546" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about AWAY">AWAY</a> but has returned preventing access to the <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/internet-14325" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about INTERNET">INTERNET</a>. The added dimension to this problem is that the computer is operated by my elderly mother some 100 or so miles away and I access her computer over the internet to <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/give-468520" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about GIVE">GIVE</a> tuition on sending emails etc.<br/><br/>Any suggestions? It looks like a problem caused by <strong>Dell Support Center</strong>. Uninstall it.</p></body></html>
