Solve : windows8 single language installation?

They will need the model # and serial # for your computer. At least, that was my experience with HP. You could try it and, if it does not work, order a recovery disc from the manufacturer of your computer, as I previously suggested. If you have to order the recovery disc, you will have some downtime unless you can continue using Win 7 while waiting on the disc to be sent to you.</body></html>
