Solve : WMPNetworkSvc Stops.?

Before i reformatted it worked. after reformat nothing. <br/><br/>This is the error i get in Event Log<br/><br/>A <a href="https://interviewquestions.tuteehub.com/tag/new-1114486" style="font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" title="Click to know more about NEW">NEW</a> media server was not initialized because RegisterRunningDevice() encountered error '0x80040500'.
