Solve : ZHOTKEY?

It is causing problems and I know it is not a virus, after I installed Quick Time it comes up. She has windows XP E-Machines. After doing a bit of research, it seems to be something to do with the E-machines keyboard. Obviously, Quick Time has interferred with it somehow.
