The SLA provides standard measures for standard IT SHARED services. These performance level measurements and target levels were developed with the assistance of industry experts and agency input. If an agency has a need for a higher level of service than the target level and is willing to pay for that higher level of service, please contact your assigned CRM. The CRM will estimate the cost for additional resources to raise a service level and the customer can decide if the additional investment is justified.
