What Happens If A Billing Dispute Presented To Cio/oft Is Not Resolved? |

Answer» If the normal process for resolving billing disputes does not lead to a resolution within 30 days after the agency’s written dispute NOTIFICATION, the dispute will be referred to the Division of BUDGET whose decision will be FINAL and binding. If the decision is in FAVOR of CIO/OFT, the CUSTOMER will be expected to pay the outstanding invoice within 30 days of the final DOB decision. If the normal process for resolving billing disputes does not lead to a resolution within 30 days after the agency’s written dispute notification, the dispute will be referred to the Division of Budget whose decision will be final and binding. If the decision is in favor of CIO/OFT, the customer will be expected to pay the outstanding invoice within 30 days of the final DOB decision. |
